HOWDY!

I am so glad you’re here

This is the story of how I went from discouraged and overwhelmed, (stuck in a mom rut) to productive, fun, and thriving as the #bossbabe of my home!

Want to know how I organized and automated my entire home and created a lifestyle I truly love? First, ask yourself this question.

Do you feel overwhelmed and tired all the time?

Are you always rushing to get things done because you feel behind on everything?

Does your heart stop when you hear someone knock at the front door because you think to yourself, “I’M NOT READY FOR VISITORS!”

I’ve been there, I know what it feels like to always feel like you are nagging your family and complaining because nothing ever gets picked up. Socks, toys, dishes, and don’t even get me started on laundry.

I remember asking myself all the time, “is being a mom supposed to be this hard?”

As moms, we have so much on our plates and it is downright overwhelming.

No one teaches us how to be moms, wives, or any of that. We have to piece it all together on our own.

It can be very easy for us to compare ourselves to other moms, or even celebrity moms, and let’s face it we don’t have the time, money, or nannies to compete with all that.

What if I told you that you don’t have to be like anyone else?

The danger of comparing yourself to these other moms is that you forget about the most important part of being a mom… How your family feels about you.

Take a minute and think about how your family sees you.

Do they rely on you? Love you? Make you feel so darn good about yourself that you could cry?

The thing is that you, YES YOU, have special talents, traits, and gifts that no other mom has. It’s true.

You need to build upon those gifts you already possess before you even think about trying to turn yourself into someone else entirely. Try to remember how much you mean to your kids, husband, family, and friends.

How Can I help?

My goal with this website is to build your knowledge of how to organize your life and routines to help you become the SuperMom your family sees you as.

By building your foundations and taking charge of your life (one step at a time) you can begin to see yourself become the center of your family, and put yourself in the position to gain back your POWER!

There are so many areas we affect as people and parents and spouses. There is (almost) no way to do it all, all the time.

However, if you can picture the long-term goals you have for yourself, you’ll start to see why the little daily details become so important for your success.

Below is a graphic I created to give you a visual of the different areas I am talking about, and how underneath all the responsibilities and chores there is a person, and that person is YOU.

You are the center of your home/life/family.

Who are you?

What responsibilities do you have? How do you cope with everything you have to get done in a single day?

Because ultimately you need to be able to build yourself up on the inside in order to create a life you truly love and want to wake up to.

You are the foundation of your family, not some idea you have of who you should be, but who you actually are.

My Story.

I’m a wife with over 10 years of experience now (I married my high school sweetheart), and I’ve been a mom for almost 6 years.

I know the feeling of being a mother, wife, college student, and full-time employee (boss babe) all at the same time.

I learned how to juggle the important things, and drop the things that aren’t actually important.

How I got started.

First, I started by seeing a motivational video on Facebook. I was just scrolling along (procrastinating the daily chores) when I saw a motivational video that really resonated with me.

This video sparked something inside me that had fallen by the wayside. A deep desire to do something more with my life, and a desire to enjoy every day more.

I knew what I was doing was not working, but I didn’t know exactly what I was doing wrong. Then it really hit me. I wasn’t working on myself and my goals.

I was waiting for someone to come and “fix” my problems and make me better magically.

Once I realized that I can’t give that responsibility to anyone else, it is mine and mine alone. I started to see small successes and small changes.

My home became more organized, decorated, and ready for visitors. I started going out and enjoying the outdoors more with my family.

I started prioritizing my happiness, my goals, and my growth.

My family noticed the difference and loves seeing me laugh and have more fun. They help out around the house more, and they always pick up after themselves now.

Where am I now?

Now I am spending my free time finding the best advice and tips for my readers (Yay, that’s you!)

I am focusing on sharing the best strategies and plans with all of you.

I understand exactly where you are (I’ve been there myself) and I pulled myself out of that rut and built a foundation of happiness, love, and excitement in my life.

I wake up with a plan and I go to bed knowing exactly how tomorrow will go.

Tackling the day-to-day has become so easy for me that now I am focusing on the bigger picture like happy memories for my family, creating a happy, healthy home, and even training my dog.

And when someone calls or knocks on the door I am excited to say, “Sure come on over!” Because I enjoy the company and the memories. And the house is usually more picked up now.
